What It Is We Try and Do
By Steve Drake
One of the things my father always stressed, was to do a good job. He didn't care if it took longer then he thought it was supposed to, he just wanted every job done right. He felt it would pay off in the long run. I think he was right!
We've also tried to give every customer a fair shake for their dollar. Show up on time and leave on time. Take only one 30 minute break a day and no standing around. Standing around and telling stories was something my dad did well, but not at the customers expense. I'm probably a good story teller, too, (wonder where I got that?) I just need to be careful when I tell them.
Doing a job quickly isn't always the right way. Quality over quantity wins every time and most customers understand this. We try real hard to pay attention to detail. We're not a "blow and go" operation. We want to come back, but not because something we did failed.
Lastly, we want you to tell your friends, relatives, co-workers and neighbors about us. If we in any way offend you or do something you feel is inappropriate, I want to know about it. Your word of mouth advertising is what has propelled us to the success we enjoy. I don't want to know what it would be like to be in business without that!
